CATOOSA, Okla. – The Tulsa rowing team won two of three races against the three-time Division II National Champions Central Oklahoma in the Tulsa Fall Invitational on Saturday at the J. Bird Sr. Shell Nest in Catoosa, Okla.
In the Varsity 8+ race, Chloe Henderson, Madlen Markova, Sarolta Papp, Karen Undset, Anna Shaw, Bass Andre, Millie Brice, Johanna Kristof and Ermioni Lamprianidou turned in a top time of 16:48.66. The Golden Hurricane boat topped UCO's 'A' boat by nearly 22 seconds with their time of 17:10.
