TULSA, Okla. –– A member of the 2020 National High School Golf Champions, Sydney Seigel from Pinnacle High School in Arizona, signed a national letter-of-intent to continue her education and golf career at The University of Tulsa, it was announced today by Tulsa head Coach Annie Young.
Seigel's 2020 team won the High School National Championship at Pinehurst Golf Club in North Carolina. Her team also won the 2019 Arizona High School State Championship and placed as runner-up in 2020.
A four-year letterwinner and starter, Seigel finished in ninth place individually at both the 2019 and 2020 state events and finished in 10th place as a sophomore.
