The Tulsa rowing team earned first-place finishes in every race they competed in, in the first day of racing at the Head of the Oklahoma on Saturday on the Oklahoma River in Oklahoma City.
"Of course today was day one of race one of a long season, but this is the way to start the season," Head Coach Kevin Harris said. "Today is a work day for us and I am proud of how the team handled it. Just about every student-athlete on our team raced two races today and will race two races tomorrow. We want to get everyone racing as much as possible so they learn no matter the fatigue, no matter the situation you have to go at it and perform consistently.
