TEMPE, Ariz. – On Tuesday, the Oracle/ITA (Intercollegiate Tennis Association) announced its weekly rankings, and the Tulsa women's tennis team is ranked No. 29.
The Golden Hurricane has bolstered an overall mark of 16-4 and a 2-4 record against ranked opponents. The first victory came against, at the time, No. 16 Baylor, 4-2, followed by a 7-0 shutout against, then, No. 27 Wichita State.
In the singles rankings, Ksenia Laskutova and Martina Okalova hold down the No. 73 and No. 101 positions, respectively. Laskutova has compiled a 20-6 singles record, with a 14-3 mark in dual matches.
