LAWRENCE, Kan. – The University of Tulsa Softball team picked up their sixth straight victory on Sunday morning as they rounded out play at the Rock Chalk Challenge unbeaten with a 7-2 win over Omaha. The Hurricane (20-10 Overall) posted a season-high 14 hits while 10 different batters posted a base hit with four players putting together multi-hit performances.
Tulsa's offense struck early against the Mavericks (9-17 Overall) in the first inning, beginning with consecutive singles from Julia Hollingsworth and Maggie Withee before Morgan Neal picked up her first of two RBI as she drove in the first run of the day.
