STILLWATER, Okla. – The University of Tulsa Men's Tennis team sent a doubles duo to the quarterfinals of the ITA Central Region Championships on Friday evening as Okkie Kellerman and Francois Kellerman won their second match of the weekend to move to the final eight pairs of the tournament. In singles play, Majed Kilani and Daniel Santos advanced after winning their round of 32 matches in the morning before bowing out of the tournament in their afternoon matches.
Okkie and Francois Kellerman teamed up in the doubles round of 16, defeating Meraut and Nathan Roper of Oklahoma State in a tightly contested 8-6 match to advance to the quarterfinals tomorrow.
