TULSA, Okla. - Out of an abundance of caution and in coordination with representatives from The University of Tulsa, LSU Athletics has cancelled the Tulsa-LSU men's tennis match scheduled for this Sunday, February 9, at the LSU Tennis Complex. The decision was made following a diagnosis of mumps with an LSU student-athlete.
Tulsa and LSU officials are working to reschedule the match.
The LSU Student Health Center, working with the Louisiana Department of Health, confirmed several student cases of mumps in an announcement on Tuesday.
