The Tulsa football team had its' first two-a-day workout of preseason camp on Wednesday as the Golden Hurricane had its usual 135-minute practice in the morning on Harwell Field, and spent the 75-minute afternoon session concentrating on special teams on the turf of H.A. Chapman Stadium.
Tulsa will take Thursday off from the practice field, before returning on Friday for another two-a-day workout, again focusing on special teams in the afternoon.
Tulsa Football Fan Fest is set for this Saturday, from 10:30-12:30 p.m. with a scrimmage followed by an autograph session. Fan Fest will also include inflatables for kids, concessions, raffle items, football select-a-seat, dress like a player, face-painting, and activities like throwing a pass, kicking a field goal, and pass-catching.
