Tulsa's Lightweight 4+ earned a fourth-place finish at the Head of the Charles, while the Golden Hurricane medaled three boats at the Jayhawk Jamboree on Sunday afternoon.
At the Head of the Charles in Boston, Mass., TU's Lightweight 4+, which featured Sam Barber, Helen Leigh, Julia Herrel, Lucy Coleman and Sarolta Papp, finished fourth in a time of 20:25.82, just 2.3 seconds behind Boston in third place. Radcliffe was first with a time of 20:07.05, while Vesper Composite was in second place with a time of 20:20.69.
"I was really pleased," Head Coach Kevin Harris said.
