TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa volleyball (14-14, 8-8 American) returned to the court Saturday, as it hosted the Temple Owls (16-8, 12-4 American). Emily Thorson tied a career-high 25 kills and added a career-high 21 digs, for her 13th double-double, in TU's 3-2 loss against Temple.
The Golden Hurricane opened the first set on an 11-6 run. With Tulsa up 13-10, the Owls went on a 5-0 run and took a 15-13 lead. Temple went on to win the first set, 25-19. Emily Hubbard led the defense with eight digs, while Mariah Pardo chipped in with six digs.
