The Tulsa women's rowing team earned four first-place finishes, and four more boats finished in the top three in the first day of action at the Tulsa Fall Invitational on Friday afternoon on the Verdigris River in Catoosa, Okla.
"It was good first day of racing," Head Coach Kevin Harris said. "I am really pleased with the way the Fours rowed and it was nice to see the way the team took on the small boats. I enjoyed what we did and it was good to see these results. I'm excited for tomorrow to watch our Eights race and hopefully conclude our fall season on a good note.
