Tulsa Drops Conference Road Opener at Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, Ohio – Tulsa forces 17 turnovers scoring 11 points off them, but the Hurricane is outscored 49-22 in the second half, falling to Cincinnati 75-44 at Fifth Third Arena.

Martins Igbanu led the Golden Hurricane (9-6, 1-1) with 9 points and 3 rebounds. Jeriah Horne scored 8 points and added a game-high 6 rebounds, and Brandon Rachal put in 8 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals.

The Bearcats (9-6, 2-1) were led by Jarron Cumberland who tallied 22 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Jaevin Cumberland had 16 points, who made 4 three-pointers on the night.
