STILLWATER, Okla. –– The University of Tulsa men's and women's cross country teams compete Friday at the NCAA Cross-Country Midwest Regional in Stillwater with an opportunity to advance to the NCAA Championships.
The women's 6K race will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the men's 10K race at 10:30 a.m. The top two teams will automatically qualify for the NCAA Championship event, Nov. 23, in Terre Haute, Indiana.
The men come into the regional ranked 7th in the country and 2nd in the Midwest Region behind No.1 Iowa State. Oklahoma State, Kansas and Bradley are ranked 3-5 in the region.
