The Tulsa men's soccer team battled Temple to a 1-1 double-overtime tie on Saturday night at the Temple Sports Complex in Philadelphia, Pa. The Golden Hurricane moved to 7-4-4 on the season and 2-2-1 in the American Athletic Conference, while the Owls moved to 9-5-2 overall and 1-2-2 in the league.
"Temple is a very good attacking team so while we are not happy with the draw, we did earn a conference point tonight," Head Coach Tom McIntosh said. "We played pretty well, created a few good chances early and put one away, but we weren't able to hurt Temple on the counter and put the game away.
