The Tulsa women's soccer team battled Missouri State to a 2-2 double-overtime tie on Sunday afternoon at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium. The Golden Hurricane moved to 1-2-1 on the season, while the Bears also moved to 1-2-1 overall.
"It is a bit disappointing," Tulsa Head Coach said. "We went up 2-0 in the first 20 minutes, but then put ourselves behind the eight ball and had to work our tails off to get a tie out of it. Missouri State is a good team and we worked hard, but it is part of the process we are going through in learning how to win and how to manage games.
