TULSA, Okla. — The University of Tulsa men's and women's cross country teams will run at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships on Friday at the ISU Cross Country Course in Ames, Iowa.
The women's 6K race begins at 10:45 a.m. with the men's 10K run to follow at 11:45 a.m.
Both squads enter the race with a regional ranking of No. 6 by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Coming off their eighth straight conference title, including four consecutive American Athletic Conference crowns, the men's team is looking for a seventh-straight appearance in the NCAA Championships.
