WACO, Texas – In the second day of the Baylor Invitational, the RV/ Tulsa Golden Hurricane (8-4) fall to the -/RV Illinois Fighting Illini 1-0.
Kassidy Scott drew the start for the Hurricane in the circle. The senior threw 6.0 innings, allowing two hits and a run. She struck out two facing 19 Fighting Illini batters.
Down one run in the final inning of play, Alexis Perry doubled to left center putting the tying run on second for the Hurricane. Kylie Norwood pushed the tying run to third on a sacrifice bunt.
