GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Hurricane completed the sweep of the East Carolina Pirates Sunday morning, taking the series finale 3-2 at the Max R. Joyner Family Stadium.
Tulsa entered the top of the 6th inning trailing the Pirates 2-1. Makayla Jackson started the inning off hitting a rocket to center field, as the ball cleared the fence the Pirate center fielder robbed Jackson of the homer.
Kylie Norwood drew a walk and Haley Morgan was hit by a pitch to put two runners on with one out for Alexis Perry.
