CINCINNATI, Ohio – Aaliyah Birmingham ran a personal-best time in the 400-meters and won as the Tulsa track & field team competed in the final day of the 2018 American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships at Gettler Stadium on the campus of Cincinnati. The Golden Hurricane men finished in fifth place, while the women finished in eighth place.
The Houston women won with a combined total of 113, followed by ECU with 91 and Cincinnati with 90.50. The Tulsa women finished in eighth with a total of 49 points.
The Houston men completed the sweep, as the totaled 172 points.
