TULSA, Okla. –– The Tulsa Golden Hurricane football team returned to the practice field on Friday morning after taking Thursday off. Tulsa will be back on the field Saturday for a closed scrimmage.
Head Coach Montgomery talked after practice about how the Golden Hurricane has advanced during preseason camp.
"I've been really pleased with camp. The Good Lord has blessed us with some good weather. We've had some hot days, we've had some cooler days. But more than anything I love the energy our team has had," said Montgomery. "We're taking steps every day. There's been good competition back and forth.
