LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The University of Tulsa senior Henry Pearce competed in his second NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship race on Saturday morning, finishing 220th with a 10K time of 32:00.0 at E.P. Tom Sawyer Park.
Pearce qualified for the race by earning all-region honors with an eighth-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 10 in Ames, Iowa. That came on the heels of a ninth-place finish at the American Athletic Conference Championships, where he helped the Golden Hurricane to its eighth straight conference title, dating back to its days in Conference USA.
