TULSA, Okla. –– Kyle Grooms, who has spent the past eight years as director of football operations at The University of Tulsa, has been promoted to the position of associate athletics director for internal operations, announced today by director of athletics Dr. Derrick Gragg.
Grooms, a 2008 TU graduate, has been responsible for the football team's daily operations, practice scheduling and team travel arrangements during his eight seasons with the Golden Hurricane football program.
Prior to his appointment at Tulsa, Grooms spent one year working for Caption Colorado, a real -time closed captioning business.
