TULSA, Okla. –– University of Tulsa head football coach Philip Montgomery announced today the appointment of Jordan Najvar (Ni-ver) as a full-time assistant coach, prompted by the NCAA's new rule allowing for a 10th assistant coach.

Najvar has spent the past two seasons as Tulsa's offensive quality control coach. He will coach tight ends for the Golden Hurricane.
