TULSA, Okla. – The University of Tulsa senior forward Martins Igbanu was named to the last American Athletic Conference weekly honor roll of the season, the league announced today.
Igbanu led the Hurricane in scoring with 18.5 points per game in the last week of regular season play. His play helped Tulsa capture its first AAC regular season championship since joining the conference.
He scored 17 points on 6-11 shooting from the field and 5-6 from the free throw line in a 61-51 victory on the road over the Temple Owls.
