TULSA, Okla. – Kylie Norwood goes 3-7 with 2 runs batted in across two games for the Hurricane; however, it is not enough as Tulsa falls 11-1 and 7-6 to the Wichita State Shockers Friday at the Collins Family Softball Complex.
The Hurricane started game two of the doubleheader strong, scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning. Chenise Delce started the inning off, singling to left field.
Tulsa put runners on the corners, using a Wichita State throwing error to their advantage. Kyndal Pirtle walked, loading the bases for Hurricane first baseman Aubree Seaney.
