DURHAM, N.C. – The University of Tulsa Women's Tennis team moved to 5-1 on the season with a 4-1 win over William and Mary on Sunday morning at ITA Kick-Off Weekend. Tulsa jumped out to an early lead by taking the doubles point before going ahead 3-0 in the eventual win.
Rongrong Leenabanchong and Martha Matoula earned their second 6-1 doubles victory in as many days as they bested Rosie Cheng and Olivia Thaler. The win moved the Tulsa duo to team-best 10 doubles wins in 2016-17.
