TULSA, Okla. — The University of Tulsa head men's basketball coach Frank Haith announced on Thursday that prep standout Isaiah Hill (Bakersfield, Calif./Liberty HS) signed a National Letter of Intent on the first day of the early signing period. Hill will join the Golden Hurricane for the 2019-20 season.
