TULSA, Okla. - The Tulsa Women's Tennis team captured eight wins on Saturday on day two of the Tulsa Invite. The three-day invitational features the Golden Hurricane competing against Central Arkansas, Houston, and Wichita State in singles and doubles play at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
The Golden Hurricane started the morning off playing the Cougars in the first round of doubles competition.
Fifth-ranked Martina Okalova and Vera Ploner came from behind, as they won three straight games to defeat Sophie Gerits and Phonexay Chitdara, 6-4, in the first flight.
