TULSA, Okla. –– The Annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) at The University of Tulsa is scheduled for Wednesday, February 2, as the Golden Hurricane women's basketball team hosts the Houston Cougars in a 6:30 p.m. game at the Donald W. Reynolds Center.
Tulsa (13-2, 3-2 AAC) looks to avenge an earlier season loss against the Cougars (9-10, 2-5 AAC). General Admission tickets are available for $5, while fans can pay $15 for a game ticket and an NGWSD t-shirt. To order tickets and t-shirt CLICK HERE.
NGWSD is an annual day of observance held during the first week of February to acknowledge the accomplishments of female athletes, recognize the influence of sports participation for women and girls, and honor the progress exhibited by women in sports.
