A little over a month after committing to Tulane, St. Augustine running back Garland Lafrance announced his decommitment from the school Tuesday on Twitter.
In making the announcement, Lafrance wrote, "Please respect my decision" and "No interviews please."

The 5-foot-10, 180-pound tailback would have been the fourth member of the Green Wave's 2018 class, which includes fellow Purple Knights standout Juan Monjarres.
Lafrance is a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports, and he's expected to play a huge role for the Purple Knights in 2017 after splitting carries last season.
