Tulane coach Ed Conroy announced Monday evening that Class of 2015 signee Kipper Nichols, a three-star prospect from Lakewood, Ohio, would not be joining the Green Wave for the 2015-16 season for personal reasons.
"Unfortunately, Kipper Nichols did not enroll in classes at Tulane this fall and will not join the Green Wave basketball program in 2015-16 due to personal reasons," Conroy said in a press release. "We respect his decision and wish the best for him and his family in his future endeavors."
Nichols was rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals and 247Sports and he averaged 18.
