PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. – A 4-0 result at the hands of No. 9 Texas State in the opening round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament results in a season-ending loss for the Troy women's tennis team on Wednesday evening at the Peachtree City Tennis Center.
A historic season that saw the Trojans (13-8, 6-5 SBC) win their most games in a single season since 2013-14 at 13 and most conference wins of six since 2009-10 (6) ends in a rematch to the Bobcats (8-15, 3-8 SBC).
The doubles point was a ferocious battle between the programs as the Trojans took court one with a 6-0 win by Hagar Ramadan-Amin / Kristina Kukaras.
