MOBILE, Ala. – After posting a 293 on day one of the USA Intercollegiate, the Troy University women's golf team shot seven strokes higher on Sunday afternoon in Mobile at the Magnolia Grove Crossings Golf Course and sit in 11th place overall after two rounds.
Laura Fangmeyer again had the best round of golf for the Trojans. After posting an even 72 yesterday, the freshman followed with another strong performance and shot even par once again on Saturday to finish tied for 19th overall.
Jilian Friyia still holds the second-best score among the Trojan group after two rounds despite running into some trouble on the back nine this afternoon.
