TROY, Ala. – Less than a week after picking up its first win of the season, the Troy women's golf team is back on the course with a three-day stop at the Kiawah Golf and Country Club for the Palmetto Intercollegiate Sunday thru Tuesday.
The Trojans won the Chris Banister Golf Classic for the third straight time with a 5-shot advantage over Murray State in the event which wrapped play on Tuesday. Four Trojans finished in the top 10 of the event led by a third-place performance from freshman Elisabeth Preus.
