TROY, Ala. – Troy women's basketball head coach Chanda Rigby announced Tuesday the addition of Zay Dyer to the Trojans' roster for the 2023-24 season. Dyer joins the Trojans following one season at Georgia State.
A first team all-state selection at Maynard Jackson High School in 2022, Dyer averaged 6.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game as a freshman at Georgia State last season, where she played in all 33 games and started 18 contests.
"Zay is the type of versatile post player that is perfect for our system," Rigby said. "She can run, rebound, score and block shots.
