HOOVER, Ala. – For the second time this season, the Troy women's cross country team brought home a victory while the men finished ninth in the Blazer Classic at Veterans Park.
For the first time since at least 2014, the women have been victorious in two races within the same season after winning the Azalea City Classic to kickoff the season.
"The women really responded well to my challenge," head coach Elliott Blount said. "We weren't in a super competitive section of the meet, but we were able to execute the race plan, which was reassuring to see!
