Troy Volleyball Travels to South for In-State Rivalry
TROY, Alabama- Troy (6-12, 1-3 SBC) looks to use its momentum following a big five-set victory against Georgia State over the weekend as the Trojans head into Jaguar territory to face South Alabama (9-5, 4-0 SBC) on Wednesday, October 4 at 6 p.m.
Trojans jumped out in front early with a set one win, but the Panthers continued to fight back and answer each time the Trojans took a lead in order to force a fifth set. Troy was able to take a 10-7 lead after a six-point run and capped the match with a four-point run as the Trojans won their first Sun Belt match of the season.
