TROY – Nearly 10 games into the season, basketball programs are beginning to establish an identity – recognizing their own strengths and weaknesses, working on the most effective personnel combinations, those kinds of things.

Senior inside presence Jordon Varnado has missed the last two games with a foot injury and remains out indefinitely, Trojans head coach Phil Cunningham said Monday. Varnado didn’t go down in a game or practice, but early last week had pain in his foot.
