MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Through the three-day Sun Belt Outdoor Championships at the Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium, the Troy track & field program finishes sixth for the men and 11th for the women.
Javon Osbourne had his second straight impressive day at the meet, performing in the men's discus throw alongside Anthony Symile. Despite fouling on his first throw, the sophomore improved on his second with a mark of 54.26 to hold second. Then, he improved on his third with a peak of 54.78m. Arkansas State's Jacob Tracy finished his attempts with a throw of 55.
