TROY, Alabama – The Troy softball team ended day two of the Trojan Classic with a pair of wins Saturday evening at the Troy Softball Complex. The Trojans offense powered them past Maryland, 10-1, in five innings in the opener, and Troy followed with a tight win over Murray State, 2-1, in the nightcap.
Bailey Taylor, Katie Webb, Stephanie Snyder and Logan Calhoun all recorded two RBIs to lead the Trojans in the opener against Maryland (1-3), while Leanna Johnson pitched a one-hitter to power Troy (3-1) past Murray State (0-4).
