Rountree intercepted one pass each from Bobcat quarterbacks Eddie Printz and Connor White, leading Troy to its sixth multiple-interception game of the season. Troy (9-2 overall, 6-1 Sun Belt Conference) now has 18 interceptions on the season, which could rank in the top 5 depending how late Saturday’s games finished.

“It was very fun,” Rountree said of his performance. “I give all the credit to the defensive line. Without them getting pressure, I wouldn’t be able to do it.”
The Trojans dominated the interceptions category early in the season, at one time leading the nation in both total interceptions and number per game.
