TROY, Alabama – Troy baseball is headed south for a three-game set with No. 3 Florida State at Dick Howser Stadium this weekend; first pitch for Friday's opener is set for 3 p.m. (CT), while the remaining two games will start at noon (CT).
Troy (4-1) is coming off its first loss of the season Wednesday night in a midweek tilt at No. 26 Auburn. All-conference selection Brandon Lockridge led the Trojans at the plate with a 3-for-4 performance.
