TROY – If the Troy depth chart released Monday serves as any indication, several position battles will rage into practices leading up to the season opener Saturday at Boise State.
A few spots on offense and defense listed multiple projected starters, and Trojans head coach Neal Brown noted some decisions will be made on how players perform this week.
“In our receiver room, both our inside and outside receivers have a ton of competition. Defensively, there’s a lot of competition at linebacker,” Brown said. “We’re going to wait and see what practice looks like this week before we can determine what the playing rotation looks like at linebacker.
