TROY — Troy is hopeful that “at least one” of its injured running backs will return this week, coach Chip Lindsey said Tuesday.
While senior B.J. Smith is out for the season, junior Jabir Daughtry-Frye and true freshman Jamontez Woods missed last weekend’s 35-7 win at Akron with injuries.
Maybe “at least one” will return for Saturday’s 5 p.m. home game with Arkansas State.
