TROY — Kaleb Barker, with Troy cruising to an easy victory over Texas State on Friday, may have turned the second half into an audition for 2018.
The backup quarterback showed some skill in the Trojans’ 62-9 home win with both his arm and legs.
Barker was 4-for-4 passing for 107 yards, including his first career touchdown, and ran for a score to help Troy (9-2, 6-1 Sun Belt) finish an easy day.
