TROY, Ala. – Troy University Director of Athletics Brent Jones has been appointed to a four-year term on the NCAA's Committee on Sportsmanship and Ethical Conduct. Jones' term begins Sept. 1, 2021, and runs through Aug. 31, 2025.
"I am honored to be nominated and then selected to serve on the NCAA Committee on Sportsmanship and Ethical Conduct as I will not only represent Troy University but also the Sun Belt Conference," Jones said. "As a former student athlete who has had the privilege of working in college athletics for almost 20 years, I realize the importance of giving back and being involved at the highest level.
