TROY, Ala. – Troy snapped a six-game skid with a 5-3 victory in the series finale on a beautiful Sunday afternoon at Riddle-Pace Field. The Trojans got back in the win column behind a career-best 4-for-4, two-RBI day from Dalton Sinquefield.
Nic Nolan produced two RBIs with a single and a sac-fly while Clay Stearns homered for the fifth time this season. Caleb Bartolero scored a career-high three runs in a 2-for-3 effort.
Marquez Oates (2-1) secured the fifth win of his career with a three inning, scoreless relief outing in which he only allowed one hit.
