TROY, Ala. – Taylor McKinney remains consistent, going 4-of-5, while Anslee Finch bats in three RBIs at the Troy Softball Complex to push Troy to 2-0 on the first day of the Troy Invitational.
The Trojans (4-2) opened their day with an offensive outpour for the 6-1 victory against Kennesaw State before four unanswered runs propelled Troy above Murray State, 4-2.

Errors plagued the first game's beginning, allowing the Trojans to pounce to the 1-0 advantage. D'Aun Riggs smacked it to third base, who made an error on the throw to advance her to second.
