The Trojans received letters of intent from East Mississippi Community’s Damion Willis and Rasool Clemons Wednesday, the first day of the mid-year signing period. Junior college transfers and early high school graduates can sign with Division I schools, usually with the intent of enrolling in January, during the period.
Troy linebackers William Lloyd, Justin Lucas and Demetrius Cain – who have combined for 133 total tackles (20 for loss) this season – all won two national titles at EMCC. Dontreal Pruitt, a former Troy backup quarterback, also won a championship with EMCC.
