COLUMBIA, South Carolina – A week after setting the school record in the women's 600m, Edita Sklenska did it again in the 800m to go along with a facility record in the event to lead the way for Troy Track and Field Saturday afternoon at the Carolina Challenge from Columbia, South Carolina.
Sklenska's came in first in the women's 800m with a time of 2:07.95, setting the Carolina Indoor Track and Field Complex record. That time is also the 10th best time in the country in the event.
"I am pleased with how we competed," Director of track and field Marc Davis said.
